When ordering, please include the following information:

* Date of Birth
*Time of Birth: AM or PM
* Weight
* Height
* And of course, the colors

*** Once your order is placed, we will create the design within 24-72 business hours and a preview will be emailed to you for approval ***

** Once it has been approved, the approximate turn around time is 2-3 weeks (plus shipping time) **

 Filled with 100% Polyester SUPREME FiberFill - washable and NON-ALLERGENIC

Approximate Measurements for the square pillow: 11.5" x 11.5" (It always depends on the names, info and design chosen. Some come out "square-ish", some are more rectangular)
Please remember, these are used as decorative pillows, they are not as big as regular pillows.

If there are any mistakes and changes need to be made AFTER the order has been placed, we would be more than happy to edit the design.  However, there is a maximum of 2 edits at no charge.  If additional edits need to be made, there will be a $5 charge each.

If the design has been approved, we are not responsible for any of the information being incorrect.  It is VERY important that you verify all the information once again and make sure it is 100% accurate.  Once pillows have been made, they cannot be changed.
